In this 10-session STG ADHD Coaching for Adults, individuals will learn various skills and techniques to manage their ADHD symptoms. The program’s comprehensive approach addresses time management, organization, communication, mindfulness, emotional regulation, stress management, and relapse prevention. Through a collaborative process, participants will identify and set meaningful goals, develop problem-solving strategies, and enhance their overall well-being. The program is designed to empower individuals with ADHD with the tools and support they need to succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
