SaskADHD | An STG Health service
A clear first step when you are wondering about ADHD or are unsure what kind of support to seek.
$40 for private-pay screening. Initial screening is free for NIHB-eligible clients. Funding for later assessment or treatment is reviewed separately.
Allow 10–25 minutes for the online form. The included phone conversation is 20 minutes.
Understand the initial findings and discuss appropriate next steps. Screening is separate from assessment and treatment.
Screening questionnaires and interview questions, clinician review, a short digital letter with initial findings, and a 20-minute phone conversation. At the end of the call, your clinician also offers an STG psychoeducation and skill guide as a practical starting point.
Use a private space and have any current medication or provider details you wish to share nearby. Brief answers are welcome. A complete set of childhood records is not required for initial screening.
The private-pay fee is displayed before secure checkout. The eligible fee-exempt route is handled within intake. Follow the confirmation instructions, and keep any reference shown. Contact the clinic before submitting again if you are unsure whether your request arrived.
After clinician review, open your screening summary using the secure link. It will either tell you that a clinician will contact you or offer a Request a call-back button. Where that button appears, select it to request your included 20-minute phone conversation.
If you request a call-back, your clinician will contact you to arrange a time. Screening submissions and call-back requests are not appointment confirmations. For help accessing your summary or arranging the call, phone (306) 518-8701. Please do not submit another screening just to request a call.
Screening does not establish or rule out an ADHD diagnosis, provide a diagnostic assessment report, prescribe medication or commit you to treatment. Further assessment, therapy and medical services are separate; their scope and fees are agreed before proceeding.
