Your ADHD screening and clinician conversation

Allow 10–25 minutes for the online form. Screening does not establish a diagnosis; further services are separate.

Before you start
What does the $40 screening include?
Screening questionnaires, a clinician’s review of your information and a 20-minute phone conversation about suitable next steps. Screening does not establish or rule out an ADHD diagnosis, provide an assessment report, prescribe medication or commit you to treatment. Further services and their fees are agreed separately.
Who will review my information?
An STG Health clinician reviews your information. The clinician involved depends on your needs and the clinic’s available services. Meet the clinical team.
How is the call arranged?
The clinic arranges contact after reviewing your screening. If your secure summary offers a call-back request, you can use it to request a 20-minute conversation. Completing the intake does not book a time.
When do I pay?
For private-pay screening, the fee is shown at the end of the form before you continue to secure checkout. Follow the confirmation instructions after payment. Any eligible fee-exempt route is handled within the intake.
What might further assessment cost?
The published assessment range is $225–$675 per phase, depending on the work clinically required. This is separate from the screening fee. The clinic confirms the proposed work, phase fee and expected sequence before you proceed. Review fees and funding.
What if completing the form is difficult?
Allow 10–25 minutes. Brief answers are welcome, and a complete set of childhood records is not required for initial screening. Contact the clinic for help getting started.
