$40 covers a clinician’s review of your written intake and the included 20-minute phone conversation to discuss an appropriate next step. Allow 10–25 minutes for the written form. Screening does not establish a diagnosis or include an assessment report. Initial screening is free for NIHB-eligible clients. Further assessment, treatment and funding approval are separate.

Signal Group: first payment of $100 ($700 total) covers intake and Session 1; six further payments of $100 for Sessions 2–7. No additional intake fee. Assessment fees depend on the phases clinically required. Ask about the agreed fee, funding and any optional services before starting.
Assessment is billed by the work clinically recommended, rather than as one compulsory package.

Where all three assessment phases are recommended, their fees total $1,350, plus the $40 private-pay screening ($1,390 combined). Not everyone needs all three phases. This is an example, not a personal quote, typical total or maximum; additional services are separate. Your clinician confirms the proposed work and fees before you proceed.
Need a report for work, education or another provider? Explain its purpose early. Ask who will assess you, who will sign the findings, and whether the proposed documentation meets that purpose. Documentation depends on the evidence, professional scope and intended use.

No. Initial ADHD screening is free for NIHB-eligible clients, but this does not approve later care. Eligibility and any required pre-approval for assessment or treatment are confirmed separately; STG prepares the funding request as needed.
Psychotherapy and counselling therapy services are GST/HST exempt.
Signal registration is $100 for intake and Session 1, followed by six additional payments of $100 for Sessions 2–7. Other arrangements depend on the service and are discussed before enrolment.
