SaskADHD · STG Health

What to expect when you contact SaskADHD.

A clear sequence from sharing your situation to understanding the next step.

Before you begin

Allow about 10–25 minutes for the written ADHD intake. Find a private place and have any current medication or provider details you want to share nearby. You do not need a complete evidence file for the initial screening.

From intake to a plan

Complete intake

Share concerns, relevant history and practical needs.

Clinician review and conversation

Discuss the pattern and the question that needs attention.

Agree on next steps

Review suitability, fees, funding and the proposed service before starting.

Before an online appointment

  • Confirm the time and time zone in your appointment details.
  • Use a private space and test the video connection.
  • Bring one or two concerns you would like help understanding.
  • Ask about accessibility or communication support in advance.

After you submit the form

Keep any confirmation or reference shown by the intake system and check that your contact details are correct. A submission is not a confirmed appointment. If you are unsure whether it arrived, need help completing it, or miss a clinic message, contact SaskADHD before sending another intake.

A clear next step, at your pace.
