SaskADHD | An STG Health service
Ask about services, fees, availability or help completing intake. A brief general question is enough.
For service and administrative questions only. Keep personal health information for secure intake or an agreed secure transfer method.
Learn what the initial screening provides, or start the secure form.
Start the secure STG General Intake for therapy and include your existing diagnosis, goals and availability there. This is separate from ADHD screening. The clinic reviews suitability and confirms the next step; submitting intake does not book a session.
Child and teen care has a separate waitlist. Parent-focused care is another STG service.
Name the service you are considering and whether your question is about intake, fees, availability or records transfer. Do not include screening answers, diagnoses, identification numbers or detailed clinical history in ordinary email.
Response times vary with clinic demand and the question. Contact us for an update when needed. This service is not monitored for emergencies.
After clinician review, open your screening summary using the secure link. It will either tell you that a clinician will contact you or offer a Request a call-back button. Where that button appears, select it to request your included 20-minute phone conversation.
If you request a call-back, your clinician will contact you to arrange a time. Screening submissions and call-back requests are not appointment confirmations. For help accessing your summary or arranging the call, phone (306) 518-8701. Please do not submit another screening just to request a call.
Keep any intake confirmation or reference. Contact the clinic if you are unsure whether your submission arrived rather than sending another intake.
