Adult ADHD assessment, psychotherapy, and structured group programs — delivered across Saskatchewan by secure telehealth, with outcome data at three time points and reports back to you.
No formal referral is required — patients can self-refer at intake.stghealthportal.com/adhd-intake/. A referral letter is welcome and speeds up clinical review.
Diagnosed patients who need structured psychotherapy, skills, or group treatment — and undiagnosed patients who need psychometric assessment with NP clinical care. Executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, burnout, and ADHD-related sleep problems all fit.
Direct your patient to intake.stghealthportal.com/adhd-intake/ — a $40 fit & safety screening reviewed personally by a clinician. They get a clear answer: assessment, a program cohort, individual therapy, or a safer first step.
With patient consent: assessment findings, the written intervention plan, and outcome scores at baseline, mid-point, and completion. Our NP provides bridge prescribing only when a patient has no prescriber — long-term medication management stays with you.
Psychotherapy is free for First Nations patients after NIHB pre-approval — STG bills NIHB directly. Private patients pay income-based rates ($150–$225/session), insurance-eligible under most extended health plans via Telus eClaims. Assessment is billed per phase ($225–$675), so patients only pay for what they clinically need. Full fee schedule →
Case suitability, wait times, or coordination questions — call or email and a clinician will get back to you.
