Every cohort tracks standardized ACOS-Self outcome scores at baseline, Week 6, and Week 12 — so you and your clinician can see what's shifting, and what needs more work. You finish with a written maintenance plan, not a handshake.
A clinical intensive in two 45-minute sessions: a 19- to 29-page written report, a real debrief of your diagnosis, and a structured read on group readiness. For people who want the full picture before committing — never required to join a cohort.
Insurance-eligible under most extended health plans (Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Blue Cross SK, Victims Services, Co-operators). First Nations clients may be eligible for NIHB funding — no-cost screening and therapy. STG bills NIHB directly.
Ask about your coverage →A confirmed ADHD diagnosis is required. Don't have one yet? The screening will say so plainly and point you to the right assessment provider — then hold your place when you're ready.
All STG clients get access to the STG Online Clinic — a secure library of 25+ self-paced courses and practical tools you can return to between sessions and long after. That includes STG Brain Dump 3.0 for offloading a racing mind onto a system that holds it, and STG Reset for ending procrastination and getting unstuck when a task won't start.
The $40 screening reserves dedicated clinician time to review your fit personally. Clear answer either way.
