Many private insurers and group benefit plans offer full or partial coverage for mental health care. If your insurer participates in Telus eClaims, let us know during intake — we may be able to verify your coverage and submit your claim electronically from our office. Where direct submission isn't available, you receive a paper or digital statement to submit for reimbursement.
Not all plans or services are available for eClaims submission — check your plan for details or limitations.
Mental health services are GST-exempt since June 2024. Fees are subject to change without prior notice for new clients; fee increases are communicated to current clients 30 days in advance. Last update: December 26, 2025.
Call us before you commit — we'll tell you plainly what your plan is likely to cover and what it won't.
